'Working Together' - A new Compact for the Bradford District

One of the key outcomes from the Third Sector Review (TSR) has been the updating of the Voluntary & Community Sector Compact. Titled 'Working Together', the Compact was signed up to by the new Bradford Assembly at the Assembly Conference on 25 February and was adopted by Bradford Council, on the same day.

A multi-agency Compact Group will oversee the implementation of the Compact and report to the Stronger Communities Partnership.

The Compact has been developed jointly by Bradford Council, NHS Bradford and Airedale, voluntary and community organisations and other partners. The Compact aims to achieve real improvements in the way that the public and voluntary and community sectors work together. A copy of the Compact can be downloaded from here.
